Acknowledgement Form Learn to Speak Spanish By enrolling my child, I acknowledge and agree to the following: I understand that this is a live, interactive Spanish learning club designed for beginner learners. Instruction focuses on speaking, listening, and participation, and individual learning progress may vary based on attendance, engagement, developmental readiness, and practice outside of class. No specific language outcomes are guaranteed. I understand that this is an ongoing class, and learners may join at any time. Weekly themes are designed to repeat and build confidence, and missing a class will not prevent participation in future sessions, though consistent attendance supports the best experience. I understand that Spanish culture, seasonal topics, and holidays may be naturally incorporated into lessons and themes. Weekly topics and activities may shift or adjust slightly based on student needs, calendar events, or instructional flow, with families notified in advance whenever possible. I understand that this class is designed to be fun, engaging, and age-appropriate, and may occasionally include light hands-on activities such as drawing, coloring, movement, or simple interactive tasks. Adult support may be needed for young learners, especially for technology use or transitions. I understand that all participation occurs from my child’s home and that I am responsible for providing a safe learning environment, appropriate supervision, and any materials requested. I understand that class links and announcements are shared in advance, and that enrolling very close to class time may result in delayed access. I agree to enroll at least the recommended time prior to class whenever possible. I understand and agree to the refund, transfer, cancellation, camera, technology, and classroom policies outlined on the class page and enrollment materials. I acknowledge that the instructor and Angie's Bilingual Class are not responsible for technical issues, missed classes, learning outcomes, or circumstances beyond their control, including absences or lack of participation.
